                            To Become a
           Certified Member or School

We are excited you have enquired about joining Karate for Christ. In order to be listed on our
website, we require you to become a “certified” school. The following is the process:

1.  Fill out an application to get started. We are not interested making you do things “our
way”, but we do wish to ensure you are using the class as a ministry. There is a difference in
being a Christian that teaches martial arts, and a Christian martial arts class.
2.  Send Copies of rank certificates for review.
3.  Send a letter of recommendation from you pastor.
4.  Complete the Karate for Christ International Certification course (This Book) and pass the
open book test.
5.  Spend time on the mat at an Official Karate for Christ event, sponsor an event with an
KFCI certified instructor, or send a video of you class.
6. There are NO membership fees, but we do require our members to be actively involved in
our Missions Program. For how YOU can be involved, click on the Missions Link.
- A Certificate of Certification will be sent upon completion of ALL of the requirements,
and they will be listed on the website as CERTIFIED.
